The Procedure

  • Detailed study of your requirements and the other details that you provide us.
  • Meeting of our HR managers and director to discuss the job categories, the criteria to be fulfilled, your company's profile. Deciding on the type of people that will be apt for your requirements and the places where we will get them .
  • Searching our extensive databank of CVs to get your manpower. Our databank has candidates whose profiles have already been assessed and confirmed and we find many candidates from the databank itself. This helps the entire procedure because these candidates are already prescreened and it is time saving for you.
  • Contacting our agents and associates across the country & forward them the requirements. The search then advances to their data bank and their contacts.
  • Placing appropriate advertisements in newspapers in the cities where we know your requirements will be met.
  • Collecting the CVs of the candidates those apply and approach us for the various posts.
  • Screening and scrutiny of the CV's and documents such as experience certificates and trade test certificates by our qualified and experienced HR managers.
  • Doing a formal interview with the candidates. Testing their language abilities in addition to their skills in their specialized department.
  • Sending you the resumes and documents of shortlisted candidates.
  • Making all the arrangements for the interview to be taken by your representative. The interviews are coordinated in a highly professional manner and our managers assist your representative in every possible way they can.
  • We also have Trade Test facilities licensed from the Government of India in which we arrange for you to assess yourself the capabilities of the candidates.
  • Getting the selected candidates medically checked depending upon your country's medical criteria.
  • We wait for you to apply and process their visas and then we get their emigration and ticket procedure under way. We also get them medically checked again before departure if required by you.
